I order a cellphone faceplate on the 25th of Jan. My credit card was charged 2 days later and I still don"t have the face plate. My inquiries have been answered by it' backordered or out of stock. The last inquiry I ask for a refund and the reply was "No refunds read the fine print a** hole"

Regarding the foul language this was no one from our company, we never speak to our customers with such crude language, this was actually someone else sending emails to our customers, you are not the only one, we have the matter resolved but still have no information on the who this was. So please email so I can get this matter with your order resolved.
