I have been waiting to receive two cell phones from this company. One order was placed 12/20/2008, the other 12/30/2008. I believed them when they said they were backlogged from too many orders. They indicated on their website that these item were in stock and could ship in 12 to 72 hours. After one month I contacted BBB and found this is normal for them. I have received three e-mails from this company telling me these items are now on backorder. They went from in stock to back order after they hit my credit card. It is impossible to contact this company by phone. They tell you to enter #3 on your phone. When you do that they refer you to their website. On the website they have you file a followup card. They say they will reply within 24 hours. If they don't and you try to file again they indicate that that will put you to the end of their line if you send another follow up. In other words you will never get an answer. If you cancel the order there will be a cancellation fee for all the work they didn't do. If you should happen to receive your order and it is damaged or not working you must obtain a number from them before sending it back. Read their terms they are a joke. The company is always right. I should have checked this company before ordering and have advised all my friends and relatives to do so.

Product or Service: They allegedly sell cell phones and accessories. Once in a while yhey actually ship something.
