The same issues happened to me as did another person on report: 271518

This was for a school book for about $60. Sent a money order and was told from Celso Ferreira that the book was sent. About a month goes by and got another response after I emailed again asking for a refund. The person said refund sent and still nothing. This person only baits you with info and never follows through.

By all means, avoid this person that ebay seems to love. I can not believe ebay allows people to make their feedback private. If I noticed the feedback I would never bought.
