In August 2014, I paid CIRS $22,846.00 for a "Prosthetic hand/upper arm. I was told, product would be delivered in 2-3 months. It has now been 17 months and still no product. They have been totally non-responsive. Their phones are now disconnected. My opinion, total fraud/theft. I will publish company CEO in my next report
