My Centon USB flash drive died soon after purchasing it from Staples.
Centon customer service issued me an RMA - and said they would replace it.
It's been 3 months since I mailed them the original.
I know they received it, because the package was registered.
It has been three months - no replacement - and the company will not even answer my emails about it.
Not only are their products lousy - their service is worse.
Avoid Centon like the plague.
