Central auto body Dishonest, terrible customer service, rip off Franklin Massachusetts
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: State Insurance Requirements
February of 2015 I brought my daughters car in for work after it was in an accident. It had body damage as well as a broken axel. I explained to them that I just needed the axel fixed as I was taking the car to a different shop for the body damage. After not hearing from them for a week i called to check on the car. They explained that they were waiting for the paint to dry. After telling them they weren't suppose to fix the body damage I got an oh well it's done and you need to pay for it. No paperwork was signed with my signature. These people are thieves and certainly took advantage of me. I would tell you all to stay far away from this business

Yes, this car was brought in to "fix just the axel", however the repair was requested to be submitted to the Insurance company against the accident claim. Per Massachusetts Auto Body regulations the vehicle must be repaired per the insurance companies claim. Otherwise, one would be committing insurance fraud.
