central award distribution AKA Award certification devision Trying to take my money,and claiming that i have won a lump sum of 2 million dollars,or 30 year installment payments of 66,667.00 each year,but you have to pay them either 12.99,or 11.89 to receive the money within 7 days. Also they say no purchase is necessary,and it will not improve your chances of winning,but my question is what exactly are we purchasing?
