I received this letter that looked real and official. It said i had won $200,000.00 and i could recieve it in a thirty year payment of $66,667.00 or one time payment of $1,320.000.00. Then it said i had to pay $11.89 and $3.00 for shipping and had 7 days to respond and i can inly respond by mail and that there is a 1 on 300 million chance of winning.
