Beware! Especially Single Senior women. You will receive an "official" looking note in the mail that tells you they will test your water for free for unwanted chemicals that could be harmful to you and your family. When this guy came to my home he was very very slick and unassuming. He talked about having been a retired "police officer" on the swat team in Georgia and that he had retired. He told me he was not a "sales person" and only there to test my water for contaminates and of course found out immediately there were contaminates and that I needed their product for $4K. When I asked him for their website address he said they didn't have one. First red flag! When I asked him for a read out of the "tests" he had performed so I could send them to my brother for verification who is a Chemist, he could not provide me with the test results. Second Red flag! Beware my friends......

#1 UPDATE Employee
Unfair and Inaccurate
AUTHOR: CFWM Operations - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, September 29, 2015
We at Central Florida Water Management would like to address the comments made by this individual. First of all the technician that made the visit for the free water analysis is in fact a former police officer from Georgia.
The purpose of the water analysis is to help educate the consumer as to the status of the water in their tap, bottled water and filtered water. Most people don't realize that most of the residential, commercial and bottled water that they are paying for is not as clean and healthy as they may take for granted. We perform accurate testing using nationally accepted industry methodologies. We also show the consumer literature published by their local water supplier, be that city, county or both that clearly states what the nature of their water is, any changes that have been made by that municipality and whether or not they should utilize a water conditioning system to further augment both the flavor and/or safety of the water being supplied.
Most people also are not aware of the fact that almost municipalities no longer add chlorine to the water for purification purposes. They now use Chloramine. Which is safer for the consumer but is in fact harmful to copper piping. Since many of the homes we visit are still plumbed with copper, this is an issue that we feel is imperative that we make consumers aware of.
We do send out post cards that consumers fill out and return to our office to receive a free water analysis. We do not hide the fact that we are a private company and never indicate in any way that we represent any city, county or state agency. We perform the analysis, and give the consumer a written copy of the report. The statement made by the individual who posted this complaint was given a copy of the report. We do not however, leave any samples with the consumer so that they can take them to an independent lab or "chemist" for a second opinion. There would be no way to verify the integrity of the samples once they left our control.
In addition, Central Florida Water Management does in fact have a website.

At the time of this individual's visit, our site was being built. It is now live.
I hope that this clears the air on this complaint. If the consumer would like to discuss this issue further, they can contact me via email at; jcerda@centralfloridawatermanagement.com
Sincerely,
Jim Cerda
