He stated that I owed money from an on-line loan company named Cash Advance. I have never borrowed money from this company. He said I could be arrested for three counts:
1. Violation of Banking Regulations
2. Check Fraud
3. Theft by Deception
They said they would settle for 475.00
I mentioned that I knew they wre scamming me. Antonio then became very hastle and insulting. He threatened me, my family, my co-workers and even my husband who has been dead for ten years.
He claim the account number to this loan is: F030221087 and the application date was 12-16-10.
They continue to call me even when I hung up on them threatening the entire time.
