I have been contacted by a "Jack Swagger" from this company who happens to have a heavy Indian accent. He fails to identify the debt that I supposedly owe but ensures to enforce the fact that if he does not recieve a phone call back he will process legal documents against me. I have not received anything in the mail from this company the debt that I supposedly owe doesn't even exist. He has gone to far he is contacting my employer and speaking to other people about this debt and he leaves voice messages on everyone's answering machines. He calls several times a day no matter what. I can not locate the actual place of this company only a telephone number wherein I had an atty contact his office & he decided to hide who he was. I do not know how to get him to stop contacting my employer he is messing with my job NOW. He is really going to far.

If you can back up your assertions with recordings of the threats and your coworkers will attest to this collector talking to them about an alleged debt you owe, you should contact an attorney. Texas has terrific consumer protection laws in this area.
A quick google search for "dallas texas dtpa" (dtpa = Deceptive Trade Practices Act) came up with the following link:

I am not associated with this firm. You should give them or someone else a call to help you.
