 Joe Earle of Central Merchants had an ad on Craigslist in Las Vegas NV. He stated he could sweep my credit report, add tradelines and get me a line of credit within one month. 

That was April of 2012 and nothing has happened. He has promised to fix things but still nothing has happened.

I am filing a civil lawsuit against him.
