Central Power Systems and Service Deceptive Business Practices and/or Gross Incompetancy Liberty Missouri

Beware, any truckers. A check engine diagnosis was their golden opportunity to try selling an expensive repair that proved 100% unnecessary. Games and misinformation so obvious we could not leave there fast enough but not before they charged not only for the incorrect diagnosis, but at rip off prices 30% higher than the usual rate AND for two hours when it took less than an hour. As the clincher, when the repair was declined, they charged extra to "put the truck back together and since its after hours, there isn't anyone you can call". Deceptive action so blatant it warrented a repair complaint to the State of Missouri. Called the Service Manager who refused to call back and called the regional guys who inadvertantly let me know they are concerned about legal action.
