This company called me on December 17 and offered me a credit card. All I had to do was pay a one time fee of $300 dollars. The guy said his name was John Allen or something like that but he sounded like he just got off the boat! Anyways I was supposed to receive my card in January and it is now May. No card, no refund or anything. Everytime I call I get a busy signal or placed on hold for fifteen minutes. Everytime they tell me that my " packet" is on the way and I still have not received any correspondence. I am so angry now, mainly at myself, and want my money back. Please help.

What does Landmark Clearing have to do with your issue? Landmark Clearing didnt call you and offer you a credit card. We dont offer credit cards. We process transactions. We are their bank. So if you have an issue with a company taking funds from your account with a contract, do you go slamming their bank? Seriously? Landmark Clearing took nothing from you. If you have an issue with something that was taken from your account, talk to the company that you had the agreement with. Not the company that processed the transaction. Sheesh. People these days will just go do whatever they want and dont even care about a company with an A+ BBB Rating and their reputation.
