Today is Dec. 28, 2004. A couple of weeks ago I was contacted by Centurian Financial Services and was offered a MasterCard with a $2000 credit limit for a $249 down payment. I was told that there was a 0% APR for three years.

The low APR was enough to peak my interest and although I had a bad feeling about it I went ahead and verified my SSN#, address, and even my D.L. number. When I tried to call the customer service number later on I was given the run-around by machine and then it was too late. Now I'm not sure where to turn.

If it's too good to be true... It is!!
