Centurion Finacial Bank ripoff Paris,Texas

This suposed bank called me because they said they recieved my name from a list of people who were interested in credit cards but had been turned down, as I was because my credit is not very good. They told me all they needed was $249.00 for a down payment, I have never had a credit card before so I figured it was all completly legal.
So my husband and I saved for two weeks and came up with the money in time for them to call us bank for the transaction. They NEVER said anything about it having to take up to 25 business days untill about three weeks after the transaction went threw, I didn't understand that, it didn't make any sense, they told me that they had the $250.00 and that everything was fine but by law they have to wait 25 business days until they can even send it out. Fine whatever, it would be here just in time for Christmas then and that is why we needed it.
They gave me a specific date that it would be in, waited two days after then to call the customer service line. Was talked to very rudley and was also on hold for 48 minutes, not to mention that it took me two and a half hours just to get threw, there line is always busy. It has been two weeks from the day they told me the card would be here and it still isn't here and they wont give me any information. And I will do anything to get my money back and make sure they don't ever do this to anybody else!!!
