This company is totally mismanaged and lacks care for the customer. They canceled three orders I placed without any notification. I had to call them to get the orders reinstated. Apparently it was a problem "between departments." I have been a regular customer of theirs for over ten years and this is the treatment I got. They would not admit any responsibility for their mistakes, and cost me a lot of wasted time and resources.
