Same problems as 79 reports already listed under Ipayments. Continual "additional fees" where you must call for explanation, if fees are erroneous it takes Months to refund assuming you follow through. It has happened 2x on different "fees" and taken several phone calls on each instance. Still waiting for last one since 7/2011. They will be reported to Attorney General and FCC.
