Certifieddigital Bait and Switch Scam Artists Internet

I purchased a Sony Nex5N camera via their web site. After a week of getting nothing more than a confirmation number from them I called to inquire about my order. I was told I would have to talk to a sales representative. The Sales person told me the camera didn't come with a battery or charger even though the web offer clearly says it does. He tried to sell me a grossly overpriced battery and charger. I told him I just wanted  what I purchased. He told me in that case they were cancelling my order. 

From other reviews this is apparently their standard operating procedure. 

Don't buy from this company.
