in september 2009 my husband and I went for a travel talk, we were promised one of three gifts to attend. after completing all the requirements by certs inc. we elected to receive an 8 day cruise. we sent them $312.00 for port charges. we are still waiting for conformation on when we will get our cruise. i have tried to contact them via certified mail and phone calls to no avail. my husband and i will celabrate our 49th wedding aniverary this month and where hopeing to have this cruise to celebrate.

I do not have a file on a Selma from Boca Raton. I am not sure how VIP Travel Reservations was brought into your complaint. The address you listed does not belong ro us and we do not have any affiliation with Certs, Inc. maybe you read where other people were combining our names and though there was an affiliation?? Did you receive one of our vouchers and not activate it? If i had some more info i would be happy to help you in any way i could.

I'd advise driving up and finding them. There is a 424 E. Central and a 424 W Central. When viewed on Google Maps neither location looks like a travel agency. What happens when you call? Is the company listed in the phone book? You are out $312 so I'd redouble your efforts to find them.
