LIVED IN HOUSE FOR 4 MONTHS FREE DIDN'T PAY RENT.  WHEN TRIED TO EVICT OPENED A BUNCH OF FALSE CODE VIOLATIONS.  DIDN'T PAY CON EDISON BILL AFTER RUNNING IT UP TO OVER 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS.  HAVE A HISTORY OF DOING THIS TO OTHER LAND LORDS.
