 I was sold a copy of EA Sports Madden NFL 16 for my Xbox 360, but I never got to play it because I noticed the "ring of death". I took it back to Cex and they had no solution for my problem. They offered a different copy of the game, but wasn't in stock, when I asked to just have my money back the clerk declined without consideration. I ended up leaving the store with the same disoriented disc.
