Chad T. Rutledge Patriot Electric Took $600 to do a job Nov 9,2019 and did not do work. Will not refund when promised. Camdenton Mo.

Paid $600 for insulation job Nov. 9/19.  He rescheduled, did not show up.  I have been texting him since Dec 22 for a refund.  I am still texting him.  He has promised to pay back on two occasion in Feb.  He met me on Feb 16 and gave me $50.  He continues to ignore my texts.

When responding he says he does not have nor can he tell me when he can pay.  My husband had to call from his phone because he will not answer mine.  It has been 4 months and counting.  We are seniors with health issues and living on SS.

 We cannot give $550 away to anyone.  We need the refund ASAP.  He doesn't seem to care.  He appears to always be busy.  I don't understand how he let this happen.
