Champion Chevrolet - Iron Mountian Chevrolet Employment Scam, Stole $599 from me Windsor Colorado

I was hired at Champion Chevrolet by Tim Lacey of Perspective Training and Consulting. I was told that to get the job, I was required to attend Tim's training class with a fee of $599.

After 90 days the money is refunded by the dealership. They also said that if you are terminated within the first 30 days for anything other that tardiness, insubordination, or a criminal act, the money would also be refunded.

I found the previous fraud report on Tim Lacey and he said that it is an ex girlfriend that is pissed off at him. I believed him and so I decided to try it.
I paid the money, took the class and started at the dealership. I worked there for 3 weeks and got fired, but they are refusing to give me my money back!

I called Tim Lacey and he said it is between myself and the dealership.
