I failed to get all the information. My fault. Just realized this week that I paid 39.95 with a debit card and had heard nothing. After seeing the site selections, figured I had been duped and will get the money back!
On January 6, I agreed to terms online and hoped something would come of it. After a month of no response, I started investigation and turned up your site.

Please do what you can and let me know what else to do!
