Chancery Property Partners AKA Nic Devereaux I have paid a deposit for a property I am buying through Chancery Property Partners.  Bedfordshire Internet

After being bombarded with literature on potential investment properties from Chancery Property Partners, my family and I looked into it a little fuirther.

After a couple of weeks of chats with them I had my doubts on some issues, but felt very happy with all the answers given to me on how the system works and I how and when receive my return.

I paid a deposit and also a holding fee on a property we liked and it seemed to be going brilliantly. I was now awaiting refurbishment of the property before the tenants could move in.

Unfortunately for me that was as far as it went as there is still no news over 12 weeks later, with minimal contact from Chancery Property Partners

So far I have waited 12 weeks with no adequate answers to when the deal will complete. In the whole time up until i paid my deposit they couldnt do enough. Now they simply do not answer calls or respond to messages.

For the good of my health we are not persuing them anymore and am glad we didnt pay anymore than we have.

Do not fall for these guys charm. If it's too good to be true it usually is. We are guilty of trusting the wrong company.
