THIS COMPANY (CHANDLER APTS ROUND ROCK TEXAS) WHO IS RUN BY BELCO EQUITIES
BY RUDY BELTON AND CHRIS MALLETT ARE KEEPING KIDS DEPOSITS AND RUINING CREDIT IF THEY DONT PAY MORE.
THEY CHARGED FOR DUST ON DOORS, VACUUMING, CLEANING BASEBOARDS, FLUSHING TOILETS, CLEANING WINDOWS.
THE OWNER OF APTS RUDY BELTON IS AN ATTORNEY SO HE IS USE TO CHARGING FOR EVERYTHING NO MATTER THE COST.

According to District Attorney there are 21 complaints from renters
regarding these apartments...DO NOT RENT

Thanks for the report, my son was also taken advantage of as well, I filed s police report and they are
looking into this company. I will keep you posted on the updates
