I purchased a TV from Changhong USA. Within a couple of weeks, the TV stopped turning on. 

 

I've been trying to contact Changhong Support, but the automated Phone number goes to a Voicemail that sounded like a one-man guy. The Voicemail box is now full and no more voicemails can be left.

 

I've contacted them via the support form on the website, and emailed as well. No response. 

 

I've now included Newegg, whom I purchased the TV from for assistance.
