Chantel McDonald Misleading refund by Support/Customer Representative Killeen Texas

Upon renewal of annual subscription, the GoDaddy representative informed me that a refund of unused months would be credited back to me without difficulities. The email service which GoDaddy was not supporting our needs due to the limits placed on the email account, and GoDaddy was unable to assist.  The representative was aware of our concerns and reinforced the ability to receive any of the remaining time in a refund at any time.  I requested a refund and was notified they would only give a In-Store credit, which is not the information the original representative gave to me.  An in - store credit is not usaable is you dont have an account.  It is a worthless offer.
