I was charge for a card that was cancelled because i lost my eye sight and could not use the card for fear of being treated wrongly if i had used the card. now i received a summons from a lawyer telling me i owe money to this company. I have been taken advantage of in this situation and i do not have funds to hire a lawyer to assist me in this. I do not want my credit ruined.
