I ordered 2 bean bags that 8 feet in diameter which I never received. It wasnt until I filed fraud charges with my bank, that did an investigation, that I figured what the entire scam was. My bank denied my claim stating that they were given a legitimate tracking number proving I had received my order.

Knowing that to not be true I requested they mail a copy of their report. I just got that today and seems that what this company is doing is sending some 2 cent piece of junk with a tracking number so it appears that the customer received something from them, but it's not specific as to what. Not until you look at the shipping weight and value on the shipping tag does it appear that something would be wrong, but that only applies if you know what is being shipped on that label.

For mine it shows the weight as .080 for both items and value of $10. So, I looked up online what the weight should be (roughly) for the 2 bean bags I ordered. I discovered about 70-80 pounds each. At minimum 140 pounds. Unfortunately for me, my bank said there's nothing they can do because Visa did the investigation and they have to go by their report.

I'm now currently dealing with Visa and hopefully they can/will remedy this situation, but meanwhile im out $130.

I sincerely hope the people running this scam get locked up and nobody else gets taken. Since this isn't the first incident with buying outside of the US for me, I would suggest using caution before purchasing anything that's coming from anywhere other than here, especially coming from China.
