March 2009 Charles Best of Emprise Commercial Services requested and was paid $3,000 for consulting services to acquire apartment buildings. After the money was paid outside of a few word doc forms sent here and there nothing was ever done, no packages for due diligence was sent as promised or anything was ever delivered. Always lots of good stories and nice guy attitude over the phone but when push came to shove nothing.
