I went to see the last movie of the 2008 Summer Movie Series at "Charles Chocolate Factory," in Emeryville, Ca. they were showing "Charley and the Chocolate Factory." Great movie to show at a chocolatiers.
I bought a bag of carmel corn.
I got a Golden Ticket in that bag!
I won a "...Charles Chocolates Making Class for one! ...(Valued at $300)"
I can't attend the lessons for many reasons, including that I work 6 days a week, and live about 25 miles away. I have asked several times now for my winnings and never have recieved a decent answer. He told me that he was talking to his lawyer about it and never got back in touch, even though I've waited patiently.

I understand that you won a prize, and that the prize was a chocolate making class. You say you can't attend the chocolate making class, but you want them to send you your "winnings"? How are they supposed to send you a class?
If you're claiming that they owe you some sort of cash equivalent, then I think you're screwed. What you won was a chocolate making class. That was the prize and that's what you get. The only way you'd have a leg to stand on were if the contest rules stated that the prize was a chocolate making class or some cash equivalent (which is highly unlikely).
