eBay Seller Hubcapjoes AKA Joseph Demarco and YouTube show Crazeenydriver has been caught using off shore websites in Bulgaria (possibly paid for by eBay Inc) to smear and abuse people outside the eBay Platform!

Is eBay Inc harboring a fugitive?

Does eBay Inc condone and allow behavior like this of Top Rated sellers?

Aparently so.

We found an article here written by a man in Florida named "Doc" he exposes phishing and fraud scams on eBay and he turned up some evidence of Hubcapjoes using an off shore website (hosted at Blue Angel Host), to harass and bully a man in Michigan that is an eBay Critic and that has been vocul about his abuse on eBay since 2012. The article yeilded evidence of website data whois information showing that Joseph Demarco is the owner of an off shore abusive website that discloses personal information of the man in Michigan named Charles Fitch.

Who is Charles Fitch?

Charles Fitch plays a Character called "eBayisajoke" that exposes fraud and abuse on eBay Core Marketplaces. Abuse such as PayPal fraud, Buyer fraud, Top Rated Seller fraud, harassment, cyberstalking and cyberbullying of eBay employees or members of eBay's PR cyber reputation managment team. Once this team figured out they were being investigated and exposed, they unleashed the dogs on this Critic using Facebook groups and people outside the United States so eBay Inc could maintain plausable deniability.
