Hubzu excepted or bid on a home, it was there offer and we agreed to it. The house was listed as pending for those 3 days. After we accepted their offer the house with now a new bid, was put back up for bid. Come to find out they did this on the same house before, after we waited 3 days for a contract. Not a very ethical site. I would not recomend property on their site.
