Beware of Charles William Petty and his wife Kim Petty. He is a former attorney and knows how to take your money and hide it in LLC's. I invested my IRA money with him. He disappeared with the money and I am unable to locate him. He has a long line of people he has taken money from and then disappeared. I was impressed by his presentation at a local real estate club. He is a very smooth talker and has a way of having you trust him.
