 I ordered a pair of leggings back in Dec of 2016, received the order in January of 2017 buy it wasn't the item I ordered. I emailed them right away and and as of Feb 2017 no response from them. There is no phone number to contact anyone just email. I'm very up upset with the whole situation. I feel like they are exploiting a child for profit.

I apologize you received the wrong item however we do accept returns and refund shipping on items improperly shipped.
We do respond to all emails and we leave it to the customer to check their inbox and spam folders. Unfortunatley we are not able to help you as you didnt provide a name on an order we can identify. Rip off report should require accurate names if they expect a company to correct your issue, otherwise we cant.

On another note I do not expoloit my child as he is the premise of the company and the reason we have donated a portion of proceeds to charity. A wrong item shipped happens as we are human however your comment is reaching too far. Im sorry you feel that way.
