Charmingwatches.com is a fake website. I purchased through Western Union with cash. Lesson learned. Failed attempts to reach the website customer service after transaction.

There is a legit Charming watches in Pleasanton CA. I called them. They have no website. They have filed a report on this group. Fake group is using the real Charming watches address as a front. I talked with the owner. He says he recieves 100's of calls a day because of this internet fake.
