I live in a one bedroom apt, returnes my equipment to charter due to to many price increases, i had 2 cable boxes ok now charter is saying i owe them for one unreturned box, i told the rep i only have a living room and bedroom where would the extra box be , this has been going on for months , customer service is just plin stupid, they hire foreigners who can't speak english correctly and rhe supervisiors are alwas conveintly with another person, where can i report these people ?
