I too hate this rip off health plan.Cant find any providers to take their meager reimbursements!
Premiums raised 100% in 3 years! No official oversight and no one to complain too with official powers.CHN is a runaway train.They deny most procedures for proper medical care and get away with it!We members in Ct. need help! Comunity Health Network is lining their pockets with perks and high salaries and they dont even insure their own employees through Charter Oak.That speaks volumes.I am not subsidized and the premiums are 55% of my take home pay.This is ridiculous.I may just quit my job and go on medicaid..At least they get better providers and service..For Free! CHN is an embarrassment to the State and to Govenor Rell who started this program for affordable health care..What a sham CHN has turned this into for their own gains!

I am an employee of Comunity Health Network of Ct.
I am in a capacity to verify all complaints alleged by the author.I need my job but would be
a whistleblower if I had the guts to due it.CHN is taking advantage of these poor members and could care less about their health care.We are highly compensated to regularly deny claims and make no attempts
to find new providers.No providers,no claims.Our ever changing handbook is the only document of insurance given (by request only) to members.CHN has no one to be wary of, as they are not regulated by the CT Insurance Dept.
These members are "victims" of the Charter Oak Health Plan and it makes me feel like a hypocrite
to work for them everyday.
Thankyou for giving me an anonymous venue to vent my own fustrations about this evil company and healthplan.
