I am amazed at all the complaints and nothing is still being done. I am just another peasant in america I suppose getting ripped off.
I too am disgusted by getting charged 10 to 15 dollars a pop for using paperless transactions!!!!! wtf!!! This should be easier for the company and we shouldnt get charged!!! and even if u go ahead and pay it the paperless way and get charged a penalty of sorts for it, it still may or may not post by the due date. Almost as if they hold the transaction until it IS late so that a late fee can be tacked on as well. Screwy business!! This sort of thing happens even if u send ur payment in thru the mail with plenty of time to spare. People have even done experiments with this. Please investigate this company!!!!! They r stealing from us.

They do charge a $15 dollar fee to do a funds transfer from you checking account to your loan account. It is ridiculous to charge that much.
