Chase Bank - Home Finance - Rodney Torell wrongfully foreclosed on disabled veterans home, kidney failure, chase didnt care, THEY WANTED MY HOUSE! not one call was returned Irving Texas

alls rodney torell from the bankruptcy dept at chase bank could say is, you didnt reaffirm, like a recording, over & over every time i talked to him. we signed the papers to keep our house when we went bankrupt in 2005.

we were 2 payments behind, sent in mays payment when i got my va comp & ss disability checks. a few days later, we got the check back stapled to a letter that said, 'not enough to reinstate loan'. i called the bank, was transfered over to rodney. told him , yes our intent was to keep the house, he kept saying you didnt reaffirm.

i told him i was tring to get some help from the veterans trust fund in lansing being as the amount i needed was more than the county vets office for the trust fund could handle, and that i needed an amount from the bank as to how much i needed to save my home

the bank would NOT give me or the vets trust an amount so i could get no help from the trust fund. i called rodney back and left several messages for 4 days in a row, saying i wanted to work out a forebearance aggrement, call me!

it took him over 1 week to call me back! he called the day AFTER the sheriffs sale which was june 14 07, and laughed at me saying there was nothing he could do now, it was after the sale.

i recieved a letter from chase home finance in august saying my property has been sold at foreclosure auction, which was a lie. if it were sold, i would have gotten notified within a couple weeks of the sale. i called the number at the bottom of the letter in the loss mitigation dept. and was given about 3 or 4 different numbers to call.

they told me we were 5 payments behind thats why the started foreclosure. i asked where did they get the 5 from, they just said 5 payments behind.

we tried to re-finance but chase would not give the company i was working with a straight answer as to my credit. the reports from 3 credit bureaus said my account has been over 120 days late with NO foreclosure initiated, but my pay history shows a current payment history! so i could get NO help there either.

i filed a complaint with the bank against rodney and his suppervisor. every time i was told by anyone at the bank that they would have to call me back, i never recieved not one phone call back! i later learned that rodney was no longer with the company, i guessed they did listen to the tapes when he laughed at me!

i'm a disabled veteran, paralyzed on the right side after 3 brain surgerys, going thru stage 4 kidney failure and cant be put on dialysis, i told them at the bank and rodney this, but neither didnt care i guess. we moved into another house the first part of november. the 6 months we had to vacate from the date of the sale, put it the middle of december. i didnt want to move my family a week & a half before christmas!

hopefully theres someone out there that can help at least get something out of these crooks so no one else has to go thru this.
