I paid Chase Colby Loan Modification/ Lindy Van Cleave $2500.00 for this service. In which nothing was done. They said that they had been talking with my morgage co. and they weren't. They promise to reduce my mortgage and lower my interest rate. This company is nothing but criminals ripping people off. Between myself and a friend that's $5000.00
