Chase Mortgage Company - chase Home Finance 2 years i get a mortgage from chase i was behind 2 months and 7 days they start forclose on my house, when i call them they told well mam we could forclose after 30 days before i fund out they were doing that i went to make payment and they refuse it i was in shock they do that to me . I Went to pay my mortgage and was told that the bank refuse it ,then force my house into forecloseor .I Went home and call chase to find what is the problem . I was behind on my mortgage two months and they start to forclose on my house. I ask the guy why they not taking may payment ,he said because your is in forecloser. i said what he said we could foreclose after 30 days. I think they take disadvantage of me because I am a woman ,and a black one.

The fact that Chase won't accept your payment at this stage in the forclosure process has NOTHING to do with your being a black woman. Move on from calling everything that doesn't go your way racist, and face reality. You don't make your mortgage payments, you don't get to live in your house for free. If you walked into Target and pushed a cart full of items up to a cashier and said "I can't afford these" do they bag it up for you to take home? NO. Wake up and read your loan docs, remember, those papers you signed when you got the loan? Yes, those, try reading them!
