I ordered from cheap-24h.com 3/19-10 They never sent me anything they stole 82.50 from a disabled man {me} they said parcel is lost then they said parcel found every time I talk to them a different story. What can or should I do. They are cons they have no mailing address or fax# for my bank to dispute them They are just cons online
