This company accepted my two online orders and charged my card in total of $474.00. After an initial delivery of 3 and 1/2 cartons out of 12 ordered they stopped all the comunications. During the four months of waiting I send a few emails asking for $400.00 refund but no response......

We have contacted this customer many, many times asking him to let us know clearly and concisely what he had received of which product so we could reship to him. This reshipment was offered as a case of good will, as he did not take out shipping insurance when he placed his orders, so we are not liable to supply any compensation whatsoever.

If the first shipment was any "good" then just place another order for what you should've got in the first place.

NOW if you get your shipment this time, just call up the credit card company and tell them you just got a box full of newspaper filler, NO PRODUCT!

File a dispute, get your money back, be EVEN.

If the shipment doesn't come again this time, call up the card anyway and file a dispute, make sure you do it in time this time.
