cheappoolproducts.com charged me for product to be shipped immediattely, then notified me after 4 days that the price was wrong and increased it by 50% , Internet
*UPDATE Employee: Product Price Change...
They took my order, charged my card immediately, assured me it would ship that day, then waited 4 days to tell me the price was "incorrect" and I needed to authorize 50% more cost before it would ship. They refused to honor the agreed price after taking my money for 4 days. It is a breach of contract, but they would only give me a refund, which I have yet to see. My pool is turning green and I have now ordered a pump from another company.

#1 UPDATE Employee
Product Price Change...
AUTHOR: Customer Relations @ CPP - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, August 09, 2011
Dear Customer:
As per our terms of service prices can be changed without notice. Our suppliers change our prices without notice which sometimes causes our website prices to be out-of-date. There are also occasions where prices published on our site are wrong. Although this happens very rarely it does happen. Our terms of service states:
"ALL ITEMS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE"
In your case, the product was priced incorrectly. Just because a price shows on a website the company is not obligated to honor that price, and there is no contract t be breached. This has happened to many larger national companies such as BestBuy or others who have inadvertently published a price of $1 or $2 for TVs or other electronic equipments and then canceled the orders with those prices since they were published in error.
We noticed this error immediately, did not process your order and credited your account in full.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused.
Regards,
Ryan
