If you believe that they charged you without your knowledge, you need to cancel your credit card immediately. You also need to contact cheaptickets.com and seek for information of whoever claimed and used your card to buy the ticket. If they do not let you do it, get a lawyer to get the info. Then you should be able to sue the person who impersonated you and used your credit card.
