On January 8th 2013 I made an online online purchase on a discount Tom shoes site that looked identical to Toms shoes site for three pairs of shoes for $90.00. Received email of confirmation of order, but never received a shipping tracking number. I emailed the company multiple times to ask for shipping tracking number with no response.

I called my credit card and was advised that at three months I could report fraud but with no shipping number they could not do anything. I emailed the site to say I would report fraud tomorromw, April 8th 2013
