CheckCare CCS collection collection company Florida

My bank account got messed due to a bank wire going into the wrong account. I wrote two checks for  $48 each. Come to find out they had been turned over to Checkcare. They charged me $42 dollars for each check $29.50 for a collection fee and $17.50 for a service fee, asked what was the difference they would not expand.They were extremely rude and you can tell this is a racket, by the way that is the maximum that you can charge in the state fo Florida, To add insult to injury I was hit by the bank for another $50.
